AI can now work inside your email, browser, files and code. Some agents keep working after you leave. Permission settings decide how far that access goes.
I’ve been going through ChatGPT, Claude, Grok Bot, Muse and other agents to see where those controls actually live. They show up in security settings, memory, connected apps and places I would not have thought to look.
Claude Code users approve about 93% of permission prompts. Grok Bot’s docs say every Bot on one account shares the same cloud computer. Replit separated development and production databases after its Agent deleted data from a production database.
